The beggar Givaldo Alves
Givaldo Alves doesn't give up! After exchanging barbs with Deolane Bezerra on the internet and getting a reverse from the lawyer in Stories, the beggar opened a request at the São Paulo Court of Justice last Thursday, April 7.
The document is a notification request for explanations. Deolane will be heard by a judge and, if she convinces the Public Ministry with her arguments, the process will no longer evolve.
“It is his right and that of all Brazilian citizens. Justice is there precisely for that, but I'm calm and I don't take back a word of what I said before. My fight will always be in defense of women”, said Deolane in an interview with Leo Dias, from Metrópoles.
DEOLANE DIDN'T LIKE THE PROVOCATIONS
Deolane Bezerra recorded some Stories on Instagram to answer the homeless Givaldo Alves, who became known after getting involved with a woman from a personal. The lawyer had already criticized Givaldo, and this time decided to put an end to the discussion.
“Good afternoon my people, I know you are anxiously awaiting my manifestation, well, here I am!”, she began. “Givaldo, the famous beggar! Beggar by choice, huh, dear? Because he has a category D driver's license, he would make a great driver. A perfect diction, speaks very well. And strength in the arm to work. But you prefer to use it for other things, right!”.
“My life like yours has nothing in common. Never want to compare what happened in my life while I was sleeping,” she warned.
“Besides, you spread the news to make yourself stand out, that's what you did. You're not a 'lover of women', you're a freeloader of a woman who was in a state of total vulnerability." Deolane then claimed that the beggar committed a 'vulnerable rape'. “All the reports show that when you look at the woman, you can already see the condition of the woman.
“I want to leave a warning here for women: unite! How ridiculous seeing you guys always giving reason to asshole men. This is unacceptable, a woman has to be on a woman's side. We already suffer so much prejudice and discrimination.
“It's hard to see my Brazil. And to make it very clear, Givaldo, my fame is a consequence of the woman I am and never taking advantage of what happened. Even because, I didn't need to expose Kevin's flaws, to continue where I am ”, she said.
“The little flower turned into a cactus”.
"And don't mess with my mouth, I have worse things to say about you," she said. “He doesn't deserve applause, and anyone who agrees with him can stop following me. You can go, see you later and stay with God”.
Deolane also said that the entire family of the woman who had relations with Givaldo can count on her and her team's support.
THE BEGGAR'S SNAP
The homeless Givaldo Alves recorded a video in response to Deolane Bezerra against him. The recording features Givaldo with a serene voice and mocking possible reasons for the lawyer's fame.
“Hi Deolane, good morning little flower. Look, I heard you talk about me and I saw a lot of hate in your words,” the man began. "I don't know why, but here I'm giving you the opportunity to understand better, if you want."
Afterwards, Givaldo explained that when he gave an interview to the Band detailing his story, he was asked to tell all the details, as they stated that the “inappropriate” moments would be cut.
He also recalled that the uncut recording of his interview was leaked and that the Band itself issued a note to explain the case.
MC KEVIN
"Perhaps you are indignant that a beggar has gained fame and notoriety, even through a tragedy." Givaldo even poked the lawyer, insinuating that she would have gained fame after the death of MC Kevin: “But then, I thought, maybe we have something in common… Little Flower”.
WAIT FOR ME!
Deolane promised that later there will be beef! The singer woke up and has already seen the message from the homeless person to her, and took the opportunity to leave a message on Instagram Stories.
“Good morning, good morning my people, look who woke up! The little flower”, she said, making a face of annoyance. “I'm going to have my coffee and I'll talk to you guys, okay? Wait for me!"
